Returns Policy

You may return items purchased from the Cultural Legacy Store within 30 days of purchase for a full refund of the original purchase price excluding shipping charges. If the items you ordered arrived damaged or if you received items that you did not order, please contact the Cultural Legacy Store at customerservice@culturallegacy.org or call us at 877-732-2887. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, a refund or exchange will not be possible. Gift cards do not qualify for returns.

Return Instructions

Items should be packed securely in their original product packaging. Include the original packing slip or a copy of it inside the packaging. Ship the items to the Cultural Legacy Store at the address printed on your invoice. It is recommended that you use a shipping method that can be tracked; keep a copy of the tracking number for reference.

After the Fulfillment Center receives the returned items and they have been inspected and approved, the original purchase price excluding shipping charges will be refunded to your credit card within 2-3 weeks. We will notify you via email once we have received your return and are processing your refund.
